HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You can return and exchange the order within 7 days after the delivery of the product, to return and exchange please mail us at info@ohmypet.in or contact us on customer care number 7303199022.

Our return and exchange policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our customers as much as we can, we welcome exchanges and return on the following terms:

• If we have delivered wrong or damaged products.

• We will also entertain exchanges but customer will be responsible for return shipment charges.

• We will pay for return shipping cost only if we have delivered damaged or wrong product.

• Product should not be damaged.

• Product should be in Original condition, Packed and returned properly.

HOW TO CANCEL

You can send cancel request on info@ohmypet.in within 24 hours, and the order can only be cancelled if it’s not shipped.

NOTE:

• Partial order cancellation is not accepted. Please cancel the complete order.

• Cancellation charges of Rs.100 will be charged after order is completed / shipped.

• Payment refund will be done through online mode within 3-5 business days once the product is received by us.

SHIPPING AND DELIEVERY POLICY

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Sunday & Public Holidays.
